Miami Network Realty, Inc. was established in 1996 by a small group of realtors who wanted to give clients the information, knowledge and service they were providing themselves and their families. Personal, honest real estate assistance... And so, today, 14 years later, while facing the many new challenges of this business, we are still here and have kept that promise made then to ourselves and our customers.

Our Associates

Carolina Santos, from Medellin, Colombia, obtained a degree in International Relations studying in Brussells and Bogota, graduating in 2003. She then went on to receive a Masters Degree in Public Administration from FIU, Miami, in 2008. Her greatest strength is that she uses her academic knowledge wisely combining her formal education and her real estate experience to a perfect 10! She is a savvy realtor who can handle complex commercial transactions most particularly in purchases and sales of gas service stations and investment rental properties.

Juan Carlos Gonzalez, our International Real Estate Expert came to us from Uruguay and has established himself as a rental expert. Because of his background in export services and freightforwarding, and his contacts abroad, he has learned to deal with the many challenges that come with moving or transferring from another country to our area. He can match clients with the precise home for whatever particular need. Whether you are searching for a short term apartment while you look for a permanent home, or a beautiful retreat as you relocate with your family to our area, he will find it for you.

Although our broker Mayra Guiulfo, started out as a language teacher progressing to a career in journalism and print media, she developed early on an interest in real estate investments. Following that interest, she became a realtor 30 years ago. She has extensive experience in selling, renting, managing property, and investments. And true to her original love of education, she is also a real estate instructor.

Her expertise in the affordable housing market is another plus for our office. There are many programs currently available that give alternative, second and third mortgage options to qualified buyers via loans and grants from the county and city governments. Because this is a niche that many real estate agents and offices are not familiar with, they are often not offered. MNR is uniquely qualified to present these specialized financing plans to first time homebuyers or to those in the lower income brackets, thus increasing their odds of successfully completing their home purchase goal.
